OK - next time the ground is 'full up' or 'sold out', pop over and see me. I will then show you where a further 750 people could have been accommodated if the offices hadn't been built. Great emoji!

OK, I've read all the recent posts and taken on board this 'spectator quality viewing' business and I'm left with the feeling that the 'spectator quality viewing' has reduced the capacity of the ground from a much spoken about 7000 to somewhere between 5000 and 5500 dependent upon certain movable factors. In the absence of a rational explanation to the contrary, I also appreciate that 750 of the reduction logically appears to be due to the new office buildings. It would certainly appear that this 'spectator quality viewing' comes at a very high financial cost, which I personally feel is a missed opportunity for profit maximisation from each and every T20 match. I do feel we should pack the ground out as fully as we safely and legally are able.

I shall take you up on the offer but without the donkey. Yes, I seem to be flogging a dead 'donkey', as the expression goes!
