Won first 20/20 against Hants at Horsham batting first but lost second game when chasing. Brown and Wells amongst the team.

The 2’s have a T20 double-header v Surrey today at East Grinstead.
The team selection will give us a big clue as to who will play for the 1st team tomorrow.

Fantastic double victory considering the lack of experienced players and in both games looked odds on to lose but pulled the games out of the fire. Restricting to something like 35 off last 5 overs in first game and making 60 odd off last 5 overs in the second game.

I have heard a rumour that the 2nds have arranged a friendly match at Blackstones beginning on Tuesday 11th, can anyone confirm if true and who against please ?

They were due to play Durham 2’s this week but the fixture was cancelled because Durham are in the finals so a 3 day friendly fixture has been arranged for next week starting on Tuesday 11th at Blackstone v Leicestershire 2’s. |

Sussex 2nds won their final game of the season v Leicestershire today at Blackstone.
In a game disrupted by the weather they finally won by 5 wickets with George Garton finishing 114 not out.
