Wahey! (copyright reserved, reserved) I will be raising a glass tonight to Phil Salt who was primarily responsible for turning this match on its head. Sussex can't stop winning. Who would have thought it a year ago. Listen to what JG has to say.

Can someone just explain to me how 9 wickets were required when Slater retired injured and Rampaul was absent. Did Sussex agree for Dal to bat in second innings when he wasn't part of first innings. Was that an agreed swap in for Rampaul. Just not clear to me and perhaps someone who was there can explain what was agreed and when. Thanks.

"Concussion replacements will be available for the first time in all four professional domestic competitions this summer... As a result of the changes, a team will be able to replace a player who has concussion or a suspected concussion, and the replacement will be permitted to bat and bowl. The replacement must be deemed a “like for like” replacement by the Cricket Liaison Officer appointed for each match, or by the umpires if a Cricket Liaison Officer is not present." www.ecb.co.uk/news/648892

For clarity, the use of the word “wahey” is suspended from midnight tonight until after the Durham game. If appropriate, this word can be used for 48 hours after the game. Misuse may lead to a life ban from this forum (lots of smiley face things). 😀😀😀😀😀
