Err, Moddy - I don't wanna be a moaning milly but maybe one of your last acts could be to put this where it should be. We don't want all hell breaking loose do we. This country wasn't built on stuff being in wrong categories. I doubt.

I thought S&F was the resident stalker. Who cares man, wouldn't want him near the T20 side. Paris is nice, I like Paris. France is nice too, I like France. Who cares though man.

Signed for next year which is great news. Not sure of his India commitments but if he’s available most of the season he has to be skipper.

Excellent news. I am eating a slice of humble pie, as I believed Pujura would not return.
He says, "I am glad to be back with Sussex for the 2023 season. I thoroughly enjoyed my last stint with the club last season, both on and off the field and I’m looking forward to contributing to the team’s growth and success in the coming year.”
Perhaps, this is loyalty and captaincy over money?

World Test Championship final in June next year aswell, so need to keep fingers crossed India don’t qualify for that - as I presume they’ll be a warm up game and the like if they do

Very good news from Paul Farbrace who informed the AGM last night that Pujara will captain the Championship team. This is a great decision. Tom Haines will captain in the 50-over competition .

Even better news is that Haines clearly wasn't pissed off by this decision as he's signed a new long term contract. It already seems like communication has improved within the group.

Super batsman as proved last year. Rubbish Captain last year. Hope I am proved wrong this year, but last year I didn't see enough of Pujara having an "all round" captain mentality. He has a very exciting and talented squad; I hope he can get them all firing. He should be playing T20, hope he does.

I see CP has been left out of the India test squad for the West Indies tour. So I assume he will come back to you guys for your next lot of CC games.

If Sussex are serious about getting promotion this season, he should return to Hove to play v Derby. If he doesn’t, then we know that red ball cricket isn’t their priority!

The big question is: will Pujara be leading the CC team in September? Jon Filbey said at the recent members forum that he was not at that point contracted for the CC run-in games. Surely we desperately need him for those four games if we are to have a chance of getting 2nd place. We are very lucky to be where we are in the table.
