Looking at the scores on cricinfo this match sounds like a 100 over borefest, but a good result, well done Sussex.

S & F, I'm with you. Time for Robbo to go out and get a batter on loan. Nash is not playing well. I don't think Machan is either he's too slow to fire the middle order, not enough singles between boundaries. What are the options? Luke Wells can't bat or field! Harry Finch is too young for Sussex, Zaidi, well let's not even touch it, so the only option is to go into the loan market. Similar situation to Beer? Can't trust your own!
Anyway, good win, some good performances, some good moments? Dilshans dismissal? liddle's bowling, Hatchett's wickets? Piolet's bowling on slower wickets. Just need the batsmen to get bigger runs, someone to get a big score and the rest play round it.

Joyce opens with Wright and Finch comes in. A gamble agreed but Cachopa is holding his own.

I feel, as far as the 50 overs competition goes, it's sink or swim with what we have. We need to know the clear picture of who can do it, and who can't. We can then remedy this at the seasons end.

Of course, there is always Wells who would be a straight-forward swap. A good straight-man to Wright and his dibbley-dobblies could offer 2 or 3 overs.
