Harder for us to attract domestic players because we’re 2nd div and not a city franchise but that shouldn’t matter so much to an overseas player. Hopefully we’ve got our sights on an overseas top order bat.

Yeah, it’s a shame, but I suppose it was always unlikely Need to get busy with some proper recruitment After years of neglect, it hardly surprising we are not an attractive proposition anymore If we can, at least maintain last years quality, then if the youngsters continue to improve, we should slowly get better We have work to do though, signing Sharma, no way compensates for the loss of Nash, Magoffin and Philander It’s tough, but we need an influx of real quality

We are in a much worse position than last year albeit with a much better coach |
