I’ve received an interesting communication from Sandie Tozer this week. Her father, Bill Tozer (ex-cricketer (Sussex Martlets, Preston Nomads and avid fan of Sussex CCC) lived on Cromwell Road for over 35 years. After a long drawn out planning application, he built his dream house practically in the cricket ground - you couldn't get any closer! Sadly, before he could move into his labour of love he passed away. His widow, Pauline, moved into the new build, but also tragically passed on last month. The beautiful and extremely unique property will now be sold and Sandie knows that her father would love for it to go to a 100% cricket fan and a very passionate player/supporter. The house is one bedroom but with a large garage that is a second bedroom in all but finish. The house is freehold and offers three car parking spaces and a private courtyard. It is a new build in a traditional Coach House style sympathetic to the surroundings and in a very secluded serene spot. Its beauty is that it has uncompromised views of the ground from its upstairs lounge balcony. If you are interested in knowing more about this property, just send me message and I will be pleased to pass on your enquiry to Sandie so that you can discuss further.

What's the asking price, please? I don't know. I can put you in touch with Sandie Tozer, if you wish.
