As I have been away this week, I didn't know about this game until it was almost happening. It seems, though, that we beat the Aboriginal XI comprehensively. Having scored 188 for 5 from our 20 overs, we bowled out the visitors for 89 in 15.4 overs.
David Wiese (he's having some season) top scored with 49 not out from 21 balls while Laurie Evans and Michael Burgess both scored 44. Danny Briggs took 3 for 28 from his four overs while Archer, Jordan, Wiese and Beer shared the other wickets.
Although it was the Aboriginal XI's first defeat on their tour, it was their first game against a full County side after 2 wins over the MCC and a win over a Surrey XI.
