I can see Khan being involved as heβs only contracted to us for 8 games but Mills and especially Wright, our captain, are surely contracted to Sussex first? I would imagine their availability for the competition will be determined by how far Sussex get in the Blast.

Then the Sussex players will only join the T20 Euro after the Club get knocked out of the Vitality Blast. If Sussex make it to Finals Day then tough for the T20 Euro teams. They will be 2 players short. This euro T20 is all a bit of a red herring, imho.
Meanwhile, Khan plays 10 games for Sussex, but will miss out on Finals Day presumably, which is bloody annoying... again.

They will be 2 players short. Sounds a bit farcical to me. It's just another layer of fixture congestion. How many T20 competitions can the world cope with? Perhaps we should try something a little different next year - a T16.4 tournament perhaps?
