Well, one regular contributor to the message board who regularly berates the Sussex management for releasing him in the first place will no doubt be delighted at his return.
I have to say given how he has performed for Derbyshire, this looks a very positive signing. Welcome back Fynn. A genuine all-rounder in the late middle order adds such balance to the side, together with added depth to the batting.

Nah, this is quite the pleasant surprise, since I've learnt this exactly now on here. I just assumed someone was finally gonna back me up on his Derby performances but it's better than that.
Should never have been made to leave so early, so welcome back. Really cheered me up after watching excellent England under dismal Southgate.
P.S. I never knew Sillymidforties was part of the secret service. What else you got?

We'll have Garton back by then too I guess. Really like Carter, H-P and GG at 6,7,8. Salt, Head, Brown, Haines and Orr somewhere before it, Carson, Atkins and Hunt somewhere after it. I'm liking this team. Loads of yoot waiting in the wings with the 2s. I think Andrew and Greenfield are playing out my dream. I really should stop slagging them off one of these days.

My one minor criticism is that he needs to bowl better.
Would pick him above Lamb (a curious signing) though.

Lamb will push him for the that number 7 spot but healthy competition and all that! |
