I thought Tom Hanley was an opening bat? He is for Sussex. However, his batting form hasn't been great this year. He is the top wicket taker with 22 as a leg spinner. |

Hugo Gillespie
Tom Hinley Daniel Ibrahim
Archie Lenham Scott Lenham Alistair Orr
Joe Pocklington Felix Sheppard Ed Taylor
I would drop Atkins, Collard, Crocombe, Gordon and Ward from the Academy for 2020. My 12 man squad would see 10 new faces.
Add Tawanda Muyeye from what I have seen he is class. |

I see 9 of the 12 players listed above have been selected for the Academy. Clark has been promoted to the first team squad.
From the 2019 SCCC accounts:
"We have 10 players currently in our Academy group from the age of 15-18 and 4 players who have just moved on from the age group who we need to keep involved. 19 year olds, Jack Carson, Ed Taylor, Ali Orr, Joe Pocklington. 18 year olds , Henry Crocombe, Jo Sarro, Jamie Atkins, Harry Startin, Scott Lenham, Oli Carter. 17 year olds, Tom Hinley, 16 year olds, James Coles, Dan Ibrahim, Archie Lenham." |
