When will we learn to bat and bowl abroad? Reckless shots on flat wickets. Medium pacers on featherbeds. Where's the quicks? Archer is the only bowler in this side fit for purpose out here but even he is bowling at 80/85mph, for some reason. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Root is a poor captain.
We need three new bowlers out here, Leach is pants too. Just a container.

Poor old liquidskin. Once the scourge of so many, now just an old clubman stirring uneasily from his armchair to spray out cliches to all these young whippersnappers who dare disturb his lumbers. Of course New Zealand is a paradise for fast bowlers and never have they been known for dopey wickets that respond to medium paced dobbers who cut and swing the ball. I've said it before and I'll say it again.....where was I?

No swing, no seam, no pace, no spin, no keeper, no clue. Worst England side I've seen in years. Archer again bowling at 83/84mph, what is he in the side for? I've said it before and I'll say it again, Root in no captain.
