Kent should have been awarded six penalty runs as Middlesex were well over the time bowling their overs. Rules are there for a reason and the rules should have been enforced! What a joke of an umpiring decision.

Kent should have won anyway only needing 5 off the last over!

I thought the rule was changed this year so that instead of penalty runs the last over would have a penalty via amount of fielders limited outside the inner circle.
