Not many have gone the other way; Mike Weston who was an England rugby international had 2 sons Phil and Robin who played county cricket for Worcs.

Forgive me for going slightly off piste, but the board is hardly heaving with posts, so an amusing anecdote concerning Mike Weston which demonstrates the amateur ethos of rugby when sportsmen had lives outside the bubble to make their lives more interesting and their autobiographies less boring where they have to relate their stories of suffering depression to fill the pages; Back in the 60s he was enjoying an Easter break on a beach in Cornwall when this guy of a similar age walked up to him from further down saying "I'm sorry to intrude but it's been bugging me that I know you from somewhere?" to which the reply was "You ought to, we were in the same three quarter line playing for England against Wales a fortnight ago."
