Surprised Monty was given this opportunity in the labour market given that we're such a racist society. He's not exactly the brightest spark.

Modern day society is racist, and sexist, and ageist, against white middle aged males. Plenty of people are in the limelight unwarranted - we have quotas to fill, just watch an add break. Panesar said he hasn't experienced a single bit of racism in cricket any where he's played at any level. They don't wanna publish that though cos it goes against the narrative.
