Is the only cricketer to have scored over 4000 Test runs and taken over 400 Test wickets. Botham came close but fell short by 17 wickets as did Sean Pollock who surpassed the bowling benchmark but fell a couple of hundred runs short of the batting yardstick.
This record doesn't look like being broken anytime soon but if an Englishman does equal this double in the next few years it wont be Ben Stokes but Chris Broad!

Nobody else spotted the deliberate mistake. Only an outside chance of SB getting 4000 test runs but he is 80% of the way there. |

There's a lady cricketer who might do it one day I believe. Norma Snockers. Long way to go but watch this space.
