Stevens would be a good option if we could get him, but I don't know whether he would leave Kent if they offer him another deal.
The one that caught my eye on that list was Jack Brooks - on the older side of course, but started his career a little later than most, and a real genuine wicket-taker which feels like something we are lacking at the moment.
Wouldn't necessarily be a long term signing, but we've got a lot of promising young pacers who could do with a more experienced leader of the attack, and with Archer unlikely to play any significant part in the season and Robinson off with England...
The downside is that he can be a bit expensive. Knows how to hold a bat though, which is handy.
Edit: James Harris would be another good signing, never quite fulfilled his early promise but very useful with bat and ball

Stevens? He might come if we have a good pension scheme. Please. If we want an all-rounder we should bring Hudson-Prentice home. Our new policy on youth has only just begun, let's see it out.
