It would have been far better to have said "No" (even if she does) to maintain a level of dignity and decorum, or give him a withering look as a put down, than her expletive ridden reply, which ironically was also a literal answer, knowing that he had got a reaction from his wind up

And a 'wind up'? Really? Her reply was totally appropriate and a slap across his fat face would have been even better.
I'm not sure whether this post does anything to damage Andrew Windsor's already ruined image, but I assure you it tells us more than we need to know about you.

No it wasn't for the reason I already explained. But to re-emphasise, it leaves open the fact that she does. A straight denial, a "how very dare you" or an angry riposte to cease his vulgarity would have been far better replies than leaving more than an ambiguity that she might have been open to such a practice.
