This one is being shown on Sky tonight. The forecast looks very iffy but let’s hope we get a game on and keep the winning momentum going.
Id keep the same team but Garton could come in for Mills as it’s back to back games.

Crocombe in for Mills. If Garton is fit he can replace Rawlins.

Mills only plays T20 cricket and cannot play two games in two days. It's absolutely pathetic. What other county would contract a player on this basis?

Well Crocombe got Mills wickets tonight. McCoy expensive, too many down the leg side. Ground fielding was sloppy but a couple of brilliant catches from FHP and McCoy.
200 to win.

That is probably going to be too many.
You can understand why Hampshire have struggled in the Competition to date, get the top two out and there isn't that much firepower. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the top two out.
The key moment last night was getting Eskinazi out in the last ball of the powerplay. If we had nabbed Vince or Mcdermott at a similar point tonight, we would probably be chasing thirty less.
McCoy had an off night, but very well bowled Henry Crocombe. Our brilliant catching continued, but some very shabby ground fielding that probably cost us ten to fifteen runs. In fact, probably our poorest fielding to date in the six matches.
Surprised at Hudson-Prentice's selection over Carter. Surely, if you have a stress fracture and can't bowl, throwing yourself around in the field can only risk aggrevating it further?
Really need Luke Wright to return to form in the reply to really give us any chance.

Wright out cheaply (not the player he was in 2019).

Brainless. We are behind the run rate. Where is Ward, Rawlins and Bopara?

Not sure what to make of this game. Hampshire got too many and we fell way behind the run rate. The youngsters will learn; but what about our overseas? Just another day in the well paid white ball office.
