How many more opportunities are Sussex going to give Rawlins? His bowling has been more effective this year but his batting is still woeful. Then surely it would make more sense for Ward to bat at 4 and put Rawlins down at 8 or 9 with the hope he might get a quick ten or fifteen off a handful of deliveries? Then again what do I know? |

You could plant the country of China in the gulf between Surrey and Sussex. And to see former
players like Topley, Evans and particularly Jordan strutting their stuff. A double wicket maiden
in the 18th over!!
It really is upsetting. Men v Boys tonight. Bar a miracle Surrey should win this with a fair few
overs remaining.
Well done FHP, but 49 from 44 deliveries is not the quickest run rate.

T20 can be very unpredictable, but 146 should be no where near enough.
It will take something very special to defend that total.

Delray having a nightmare should definitely be dropped for next game or has he got friends in high places because no matter what he does he plays He must have some dirt on the coach because that is the only way he can continue to get selected and not have been released by the county already. |

19 off Rawlins first over! I might revise my earlier comment about his bowling. Orr has Covid apparently. I knew you would have the intel Joe. So that is Orr out for Friday and probably the Glamorgan Championship Match aswell. Sussex three sixes in twenty overs. Surrey three sixes in the first fifteen deliveries. Sussex powerplay 48-3, Surrey surpass this before the end of the fourth over without losing a wicket. My prediction they will chase this down in the 14th over. |

This is gonna be close. Think we might be 1 or 2 hundred short though.
Anyone can get taken down in an over, especially against Roy and Jacks. Anyone can go for a quack too, especially with about 15 balls to go. But for some reason JK seems to think Rawlins should be up the order. Clearly he shouldn't, he should be 7 or 8. He's good for 3 or 4 overs usually.

I think you are right what other reason would he still be in the team or even still at Sussex surely his time must soon be up |
