Sussex sign seam bowling all-rounder Nathan McAndrew for CC and Blast till July. Played for Warwickshire last season under Farbrace who obviously liked what he saw.

Looks a useful player, not as sexy a signing as Smith but I like the tried and tested method with this signing.

Farby has obviously seen something but he averaged 38 with the ball for Warks last season and has only ever take 69 wickets….
Got to trust the great man on this one as his stats are very very poor for an overseas

Good signing, another sign of Farbrace taking complete control over cricketing decisions. Great news!! Agreed it is a sign of the freedom he has to make these signings. As lovelyboy says his stats arent great especially for an overseas player you generally want some level of international quality which Keith has been able to find with regularity down the years but if he averages 33 with both bat and ball this season it will be very useful. |

I think he'd have too, and on this youd have to assume our England bowlers may well be available which would make us quite a force on paper in may! Generally the lack of comment on this suggests it is on the whole an underwhelming overseas signing but I was totally wrong about Alsop so lets hope we've uncovered the latest Steve Magoffin |

Will England release Robinson? Yes but not for all of it, yes they will. They wont want bowlers not to have played any red ball cricket before an ashes series. |
