Good move, and hopefully we'll see opportunities for both him and Hatchett soon. Our four front line bowlers against Durham were all the wrong side of thirty and we really need to be thinking about succession

I still can't fathom why Lewis has started ahead of Hatchett, it astonishes me. It would be fair enough to bring him in for a faltering Hatchett, after a faltering Hobden, if that was the case, but not before. Good luck to MH, I hope when a place becomes available we don't sign an old-timer to play instead.
Looking back at my post, I do sound a bit like a troll - guess I always have then. So I'll add that I like Lewis, have nothing against him, other than age, but seriously think we are under-valueing talent right under our noses.

More to the point, if we needed four front line bowlers for the Durham match, why didn't we play Hatchett? Surely he would have been a better bet than Zaidi, he's certainly in better form.
