All part of the growth, these Irish players havent had exposure like this before in test cricket so it is going to be a huge learning curve for all involved in Irish Cricket.
Whether theyll ever have the funding to really be able to compete to win any test matches remains to be seen though.

I will be going to the first 2 days of the England Ireland 4-day Test in June, ahead of the Ashes. Unless weather intervenes I doubt a 4th day will be needed.
