This long trial has been running under the radar so to speak, but her criminal acts seemed evident from the outset. Unlike former serial killers who had a malevolent streak that was apparent to close colleagues, even now those who knew this repugnant individual could see nothing in her personality to suggest hidden psychopathic tendencies. This doesn't explain the appalling negligence of the hospital managers who failed to call in the police earlier despite warnings by consultants who worked with her when fatal anomalies occurred on her watch. Had the Trust acted sooner there would have been fewer deaths and injuries.

Must be pretty bloody for her parents who absolutely doted on their only child. Instead of leaving them a legacy of grandchildren she destroyed the concept of parenthood for others.

On the subject of this monster's parents, and we keep hearing the same boring tripe about how LL wouldnt emigrate to NZ because it would devastate them, bad enough being 100 miles away, yet there is no new material about her upbringing with them.
But they thriced yearly holidayed in Torbay; if it was that good why not move down there? They were heavy smokers. And putting that notification in the local press of when their daughter graduated from Chester University in Nursing was pretty naff. Hardly an achievement of academic merit in the 21st century, eh?

Parents were pretty mean. Didn't even give their daughter a middle name!!!
Millennials cant be that hard up if they can buy a 3 bed house in nice city on just a nurse's salary even if she did have parental financial assistance.

Is Lucy Letby beyond redemption? As we all know she used to attend Hope Evangelical Church in Hereford during her teenage years and may even have been baptised to accept Jesus Christ as her Saviour.
If a sinner is willing to come to Jesus in repentance and obedience, she can be forgiven ( Matthew 11:28 ). The gospel is the Lord’s message of salvation is for everybody ( Mark 16:15-16 ). “Whoever desires, let her take the water of life freely” ( Revelation 22:17 ).
Yes, even the worst sinner in the world can be saved…

My present anger is over the fiasco of Spain's President of
the Spanish Football Federation, Luis Rubiales. In the heat
of the moment you kiss the Captain on the lips, so be it.
The Europeans have always had a different way of expressing
themselves to the stiff upper lip English.
The attitude towards Rubiales is complete insanity, imho.
A conflict between Spanish emotion and the extreme Woke,
Me-Too.
It is sad and pathetic, but I don't need to start a thread
over it.

The Captain was Olga Carmona; Rubiales (a bloke with 'form' as they say regarding his treatment of women) actually kissed Jenni Hermoso. And in case you haven't noticed Jenni Hermoso is Spanish (so presumably has a Spanish attitude towards unwanted assaults, not an English one....), but along with 80 or so other Spanish footballers, won't play for her national tram again until Rubiales resigns is sacked. Quite right. But you're right; Rubiales behaviour was pathetic. |
