We probably won't have Currie for the group stages (not that we'll be progressing) of the blast as it clashes with the World T20 which Currie is expected to be selected for.

Not including overseas, we needed a domestic bat before Orr left now we need 2 in fact we need four more 2 batters and 2 bowlers. Then we have the depth we are going to need especially to have a competitive 2nd XI banging on the first teams door. |

Thinking of 2nd XI, if a player is on a T20 contract can he play 4 day games for the 2’s?

Assuming Sussex ccc still exists in 20 years time there will probably be a slim book offering from the Cricket Museum, similar to the very informative one detailing the 1997 Revolution events, on the Rob Andrew regime, in which many of those who have left the club or who have worked here during it, get to speak their minds on the record and provide some insight into the decline of our once great club. I don’t expect to still be around to read it, but for those of you who are I’m sure it will be illuminating.

Kiran Carlson
Billy Godleman
Brad Wheal
Toby Roland-Jones
Jack Brooks
Ben Geddes
Will Fraine
There are many more but those names sprung out to me for some reason. Which (if any) player(s) on that list would you take. Carlson, Geddes, Wheal and Roland-Jones for me. Wouldnt be opposed to Fraine either but kind of want to only pick 4 as thats what we need.
