On to the next one.
After our biggest loss to date, can we get back to winning ways?
Kent have 2 wins from their 6 games and sit just off the bottom of the group.

Unchanged squad, surely Lenham deserves another chance over our 1 over specialist? Given that Lamb & FHP tend to get spanked all round the park wondering if it's worth giving Karvelas a go over Lamb, on paper it weakens the batting but in reality probably not by very much.

Dreadful LBW on Alsop. Hit him outside the off stump. I didn't even need to watch the replay.
Another great knock from Ward. It would have been great if he could have gone on to three figures.

Odds in our favour but Kent are a strong batting side so it’s no shoo-in.

Well given Mr Watts gave Alsop out LBW, I am struggling to understand how he turned down two really good appeals in Ollie's first over.
Good start, two early wickets, but as SP says they are a strong batting side. Even though we have posted a good score, it will take some defending.

Danny Lamb has had a day out today, good to see.

Danny Lamb has had a day out today, good to see. Man of the match for sure. He may not be consistent but he has loads of talent.

This group continues to exceed expectations. Another quality win against good opposition.
The margin could have been even greater as I didn't feel we were as sharp in the field as we have been in previous matches. A few uncharacteristic misfields alongside Kent catching everything, whereas we let a few chances, some more difficult than others go to ground.
Great to see the major contributions coming from some of the less 'high profile' members of the team. Lamb had an excellent all round game with both bat and ball, although am I the only one who gets nervous when he bowls at the death?
Good to see Archie back in the side, I thought he bowled some of the difficult overs really sensibly when Billings and Bell-Drummond were well set.
Harrison Ward, just doing what Harrison Ward does best. He won't always come off, but you know he will always be a cause of concern for the opposition. Wouldn't rule out him picking up a Hundred contract if he continues in his current rich vein of form.
My only question, Robinson three overs?

Good day all round, much better bowling in the powerplay & some good contributions with the bat later on when it looked like we were going only get 180 or so after the flying start. The catches that went down were fairly difficult except for Coles so not too much to be upset about there.
Zak Crawley can do one though, signalled a blatant six as a four and then had the nerve to raise his hands to his ears when people jeered at him. Excellent revenge from Robinson.

Harrison Ward could end up a very rich man. If we don’t get him on a long contract, another county will.
