Good to see an England captain leading from the front, but Ian Bell seems to have picked up where Cook left off at the top of the order!
The Aussie spinner Doherty was by far their most economical bowler, but there's no Tredwell in the England side. Is he injured? We have gone into the game with only four frontline bowlers and are trying to fiddle a fifth out of Moeen/Bopara/Root, which seldom works.
Warner (who else?) is taking this game away from England and Tredwell is the one bowler who might have troubled him.

BM your summing up of the England bowling attack reminds me of Sussex. Surely Robinson hasn't influenced Moores or is this thinking, 4.5 bowlers, the problem in English cricket when we get to this level?
More specialists, less bits and pieces.
