Thanks borderman. Looks suspiciously similar to the former crcinfo in layout - maybe set up by a faction of disaffected cricinfo editors and layout men?

Glad it is not just me that hates the new Cricinfo. Why do they have to redesign sites when there purpose is giving information? The new layout is total confusion and looks ugly.

Since borderman posted the link to cricbuzz earlier I've been using it on desktop and my first impressions are very favourable: at least as good and easy to use as cricinfo was (and no dodgy reporting that I'be notided so far!).
I've also tried it out as a mobile app on my android phone and it seems much better than cricinfo, faster and better designed.

And the new cricinfo design seems to be heavily centred around videos rather than words - although at least so far we have been spared Dodgy's smug mug as he's only just landed after a 24 hour flight to Down Under.
The poor chap is obviously feeling a little jet-lagged because his first report carries the uncharacteristically upbeat strap line:
"Thanks to James Taylor and Jos Buttler, and a place in the tri-nations final against Australia in Perth, England feel like World Cup contenders again."
I'm sure it is only a week or two ago that he was predicting that unless Trott was recalled we wouldn't even beat Scotland...although he does manage to mention Trott's name three times in a report of a match in which he wasn't playing, so not even jet lag can sap his man-love!
