Poor old Rashid Khan is being marmalised by Eoin Morgan. His overall tally today: 8 overs, 96 runs! After Morgan was dropped off Khan, he's gone into superdrive scoring his century off just 57 balls. The fourth fastest ODI hundred. Rashid has had a mare of a tournament, so let us hope this doesn't affect his bowling performance for Sussex. PS: Morgan has now scored 13 sixes (new England record?) in his present total of 118*. WOW! Now tied the World record with 16 sixes. Astonishing hitting. PPS: Morgan gets the World record. 17 sixes. Then promptly gets out on 148 (71 balls). What a performance. PPPS: Yet more records falling. Khan the first bowler to have 110 runs scored off him (9 overs) in a World Cup including 11 sixes (previously never had more than 2 sixes hit off him). And England strike 25 sixes in the innings beating their previous and recent World record of 24 off the Windies. Watched Morgan's magnificent innings this morning - quite breathtaking. Rashid is more of a T20 bowler, in a format where the batters don't have time to get used to him. Apparently, he's not experienced in 50 over cricket, and it showed today.

Vaughan pointed out Khan was floating the ball up more which he had not seen him do before. My heart goes out to Khan for his humiliating drubbing, whilst revelling in Morgan's astounding innings.
England have a truly phenomenal batting line-up.

I've often wondered how Khan would do in England with a longer format. I now know! Not the world beater he is in 20/20 is he?
Interesting to see how he comes out of this mauling?

Delighted to see the players who Sussex have let go, are now doing well at new county clubs.
So proud of this kid right now! @fynnhudson33. Signed last week for @derbyshireccc and scored 99 on debut.

Jason "incredibly poor day" Gillespie is so embarrassed by Sussex's performance, he keeps his sunglasses on! Has he suffered such humiliation during his entire cricket career? Suggestions of his top 3 below.

Wow, here's a blast from the past. A cheap tweet, a cheap attack. Personally, I have forgiven Vincent for what he did, especially when I attended that match against Kent. It took great courage to come forward.

Did my eyes deceive but was Rob Andrew caught on SKY TV at Chester-le-Street watching the England v NZ match? If so, can you blame him. He needs to get as far away from Hove as possible, at present.

Perhaps, there was some misunderstanding when Rob Andrew told the squad that he needed the Northants game finished in three days as he was due in Chester-le-Street on the fourth day.

Tough decision tomorrow.
Do I go to Piers Morgan's annual Family Cricket match at Newick, where his side includes Chris Gayle, Michael Vaughan and Kevin Pietersen or the first day at Arundel where Sussex are playing an Australian A side.
Ummm...
