Fb, I take your point. This info was taken directly from the Argus. I have placed the word potential in brackets after the £20m figure. Even so, a majority of those 37 flats need to be sold at top prices to cover the developer's initial construction costs. I cannot believe Roffey Homes has taken on the entire risk. If it is a 50/50 split, for example, those apartments still need to be sold. So therefore an unimpeachable journalistic source?! Is the Argus noted for its quality journalism?  |
