Dear Colin,
Lots of people - including know-it-all journalists, bloggers, cricket message boarders and even the England captain himself - criticised you for your honesty in describing the West Indies as a "mediocre" Test side.
They owe you an apology. Playing against England created the illusion that the Windies are a decent and improving side. Following their capitulation inside three days, Australia have just proved that they're not even good enough to be described as medicore.

Point taken, BM. Lord Graves may have been correct in his description of the Windies. However, to voice his opinion so publicly was ill-mannered and certainly undiplomatic. I don't believe that coming from Yorkshire is any excuse for this behaviour!
