I echo the Joyce sentiment. Mr Fizz could be the missing element to get us to the QFs. Mills is too inconsistent. Too inconsistent? He's a match winner, where is he tonight? No chance of playing 50 over stuff if he can't bowl eight overs in 24 hours. Big miss. Where's our overseas replacement bat for Taylor too? We knew when he was leaving. Seriously weakened tonight with those two big blows. 180 par the Oval, all day every day. |

Unless Mills is injured , Danny Boy is going to have outbowl Fizz to justify that bizarre selection... because it looks like it's going to be down to the bowlers to defend an under-par total. |

Borderman - Fourth wicket didn't fall until 19th over which realistically is too late for Finch to come in. They wanted to the hitters. This is not enough and Surrey should chase this target down especially with Sussex not having Tymal Mills to face.

Slightly below par score. It will really depend on how our spinners go. If they get hit as badly as Batty did then we've lost. If they are tight and go for under 6 we have a good chance of winning.

Slightly under par? I'd say 25-30 under par. Still don't understand the selection of Finch if he's not going to bat in the top five. If he's seen as a blocker, how is one of those going to come in useful in the lower middle order? |

We missed Taylor greatly as our batsmen scored at least 20 runs too few. Just such a waste for Fizz. Too late for the RLC and probably now too late for the T20. Pretty much sums up this season.  |
