Some may recall that a couple of seasons back, when Sussex were playing such hopeless white ball cricket under Mark Robinson, I suggested on here that the coaching responsibilities should be split, leaving Robinson in charge of the CC side and placing Chris Adams (or a.n.other) in charge of the T20 campaign.
My idea was roundly rubbished, as far as I recall. But I see Derbyshire have now done exactly that - John Sadler remains head coach for the CC (and possibly the RLC) but John Wright has been brought in to run Derbyshire's T20 side next season.

Bm, Sound advice. But Chris Adams at Sussex under the present club regime? About as likely as Jeremy Clarkson becoming best mates with Piers Morgan!
