We also won some close games, notably the first game at Hove, when we needed 15 or so off the last over, 4 of the last ball, which Yasir snicked for four. i think our second game at Lords was also a close win. The if onlys go both ways, and sadly I don't think we were quite good enough this year to qualify for the quarters.

But I'd also say only three teams were good enough to qualify - Essex, Surrey and Hants. The others were all hopelessly inconsistent and I'd say Sussex worse no worse than Glamorgan, who qualified as the fourth team. |
