Prior has gone so far out on a limb with these accusations that I suspect he is quite probably right. I will continue to 'watch this space', becoming increasingly worried.

I don’t know what he’s waiting for, spill the beans Matt. The sooner it’s all out in the open the sooner it can be dealt with.

I could not agree more. Spill the beans otherwise your claims are hollow. What does he mean by "through another avenue." The Sun newspaper? How lurid are they? And who are these individuals that keep calling him? And what stuff has gone on?
An Edited Version
Prior claims to have received accounts over the mistreatment of players and is calling on Andrew and chairman Bob Warren to come clean over the state of the club before it emerges through another avenue.
"I am absolutely furious at what has gone on and is going on Sussex," he told The Cricketer. "The truth will out at some point and people will be shocked. I keep getting called by individuals and being told what is going on and how they're being treated and it is not right." He added: "There is stuff that has gone on that people are not aware of. I am hoping that the chairman, chief executive, director of cricket (Keith Greenfield), whoever it is will be honest with members about what has gone on.

"You look at the young players we have: Dan Ibrahim and Archie Lenham are fantastic but they're lambs to the slaughter because they're not getting the support they need."
What does Matt mean by this? Could it be the missing Richard Halsall?
If Matt loves Sussex so much then he shouldn't speak in riddles. Agree with other posters here; he should speak up with integrity or shut up.

Out out out. That's the news Prior in inexplicably hanging on to and the leaders - Andrew, Warren, Greenfield and any other little gopher cling ons in the vicinity.
The article says Andrew has been CE since 2020. Much longer than that ain't it? He's been doing something at Sussex since about 2016 unless I've gone nuts.
Let's get Prior, Adams and some rich kid in asap. Ashington's got plenty of money I think.

Don't say anything then, Herring. You can't whisper through a megaphone.

There was an inevitability about the situation at Sussex attracting the attention of the cricketing press. You can’t perform as badly as our team has done, and see so many key players depart, and expect the media to ignore it. Bob Warren may be unhappy with Prior for his interventions, but as far as I’m concerned Matt has done absolutely the right thing. I’m sure it’s almost impossible for ex-players of the recent past who played in winning Sussex teams not to pass comment.

It sounds as if he will 'put up' at some stage, but it won't be at a time of your choosing, andyb!

He can't possibly know all the "in and outs" behind the management decision making process. I bet anyone who has confided in Matt must be thinking "Oh sh!t".His recent behaviour demonstrates why he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the Sussex set up. Such a shame really, as he was a good player and could have offered so much.

I’m glad there’s been a piece such as this, after all, the most recent line in the Cricketer was Andrew saying that he thinks the members are happy 😂

Players like Prior and Adams are understandably gutted and angry at what’s going on, and are right to speak out.

It sounds as if he will 'put up' at some stage, but it won't be at a time of your choosing, andyb! Agreed. Quite likely he can’t say anything and go into detail now, but is quite possibly going to put up sometime later on.
