Delray Rawlins
Haines, Crocombe and Atkins all injured in addition to the continued absence of Garton, Carson, Robinson and Archer.
Bowling supplemented by two trialists signed on one month contracts that have performed for the seconds. Asking a lot of them I feel, if indeed they play, although given the squad make up I suspect at least one will get a run out.
Clearly, written off this season and looking towards next.
I am expecting Liquid's head to explode when he sees the squad.

Murt, R-J, Yadav & Helm. And then there's what we've got. Men against boys. How does Karvelas play? 2nd OS? If so, get him in. Got a decent record but I dunno if it's been acquired in SA or that other great cricketing nation, Greece. Let's just call him an OS and be done with it. I remember when the likes of Hatchet & Beer would take 6fors in the twos and still not get a gig. One or two wickets will do now by the looks of it.
Bat first for half a chance maybe. Gonna be hard work tomorrow, better get the old sun splat out boys. Good lord.

Pray for the toss. Then we might draw. As usual, we cannot win before a ball is even bowled. One signing would change that, somewhat.

Our bowling doesn't look strong.

Flabygasted, absolutely flabygasted that they've put us in. Who wants to bowl in the London heat today. Given a lifeline. Flabygasted.
Gone in with the extra bowler then, think that's wise. Glad Lenham is in, especially now.
So both these dudes play. If the budget is spent CP, who pays these 2 for a month? Rather have 1 OS for 2 weeks myself.
Just gotta see off the rock and their potent attack then it's runs runs runs.
