Quite simply...... No! It’s buying into and believing in a change of philosophy. Some have instant results others dont. Changes were made 3 years ago in terms of peoples job roles at Sussex and now theyve been adjusted to play to peoples strengths, thats just smart management. So if Sussex do well next season it’s because of changes that were made 3 years ago? What planet are you on? Always trying to defend the indefensible, must be tiring! Although from someone who calls himself ‘ first class white trash’ I don’t expect anything less 😂 I'm honoured youve checked me out sweetie! And to give a slagging for knowing my place in society just goes to show what an arrogant person you are. Im not defending anything, merely pointing out that some processes take longer than others. |
