I heard the commentators say it’s the international wicket we’re playing on so probably is a bit flat. I notice we are bowling around the wicket a lot too, making foot holes for Carson to bowl at.

Excellent batting performance but the bowling will need to be even better than that to force a result. … and so far the bowling has been! Given all the bowlers on our books not available for this game, this is really very impressive. |

Despite overnight rain, looks as if we’ll be starting on time.
2 results possible, a Sussex win (96 overs to take 11 wickets.) or a draw.
We’ll get max bonus points of 8 plus 5 for a draw or 16 for a win to go second behind Durham with a game in hand.
