A few decisions for Farbrace if both our O/S come back in and I can’t see any reason they won’t.
McAndrew for Crocombe and Khan for Lenham are the obvious swaps.
Essex play their opening game tonight so no form to speak of as yet. Their O/S for the Blast is the Aussie all-rounder Daniel Sams.

McAndrew still out after the collision but Shadab Khan returns. Ali Orr out with the knee injury he picked up at the Oval and Tom Haines comes into the squad.

Another great effort from the bowling unit.
Shadab Khan the stand out, but a very impressive spell from Henry Crocombe at the death.
A couple of questionable bowling changes by Bopara, but they all seemed to work. I do feel at times he isn't helped by having too many options.
A great opportunity here for a second consecutive win if our batters can hold it together. A smidge over eight an over on that wicket as Joe says should be below par.

I have now lost count of the number of errors and inaccuracies in commentary this evening on the live stream.
Not being able to identify the players intertwined with continuous inane drivel.
One of them in jest, suggested prior to the commencement of the Sussex innings nipping off to the sea front for some fish and chips and passing the microphone 🎤 to his wife, because she knows a bit about Cricket 🏏.
Please, please get her on, she would be a significant improvement on what we have had to indure.
I know Adrian Harms isn't everyone's cup of tea on this forum, but I would have him everytime over tonight's commentary collective.
