jonboy,
Regarding Chris, it maybe in his and Sussex's interest to try and fix him up with a loan somewhere...
Chris joined Sussex in 2006. His breakthrough came in 2008 where he had a good season. The next two summers were ruined by injury. Chris returned for 2011 and had a good season in 2012. He's had two excellent seasons for Sussex since joining the club 8 years ago.
My point is: his bowling has not evolved whilst the T20 batters have. Back in 2008, you could pitch the ball short and bank on a catch in the outfield. Today, those balls are flying over the rope for 6 as the batsmen have improved and are more powerful hitters. The format has moved on and left Chris behind, perhaps? So, why can't he evolve his game? Practise and improve those yorkers, slower balls, slow bouncers, pace variation, use guile and intelligence to fool the batsmen.
I would be surprised if Robbo allows Liddle another game whilst the two match winning streak continues. Given Chris recently signed a new contract until the end of 2015 as our specialist T20 bowler, Robinson finds himself in an awkward position. There must be a necessity to play him.
If Chris reads this post, I am sorry for being critical, but can't a wily and experienced T20 bowler like Yasir show you a thing or to in the nets?

I continue to love Nashers honesty. So, why didn't he open the batting before? “I’ve been rubbish in the competition so far this season. My average was about ten before tonight and I’m usually pretty good at Twenty20 so it was pleasing to make a score. I’m back batting where I want to be at the top of the order too. I have had some success down at No.5 but I feel a lot more comfortable walking out to open with Wrighty." www.theargus.co.uk/sport/11307139.Nash__We_are_building_momentum/?ref=eb
