This really has turned into a must win game tonight now.
Everyone blasting Cachopa last night but he was going at better than a run a ball 21(16) and showed glimpses with a fine four and six in the last over against Rabada.
Keep him as wicket keeper and bring Brown back in for Salt at 3.
Beer in for Briggs (I'll agree with you all he's been pretty woeful in a Sussex shirt so far)

Sadly, Danny Briggs reflects the problems that Sussex presently face. Is it a team going through its third transition in as many years or as a rapper might grunt, "Is this fission on a mission, need permission, where's the ambition?" There is a quote from Luke Wright in a Cricinfo article by David Hopps, "Danny is a fantastic signing and one I am really excited about. We are signing a young England international spinner who is arguably the best one-day spinner in the country, and is young enough to develop into a top four-day bowler too. He is a hard worker and a tough competitor." Not on present form, Luke. Is Briggs another one of Robbo's gambles gone pear-shaped - another legacy - or is Danny having trouble adjusting to Hove? Fairness suggests we allow him one season to settle in and then make a call in 2017. It is a three year contract. Once again, Sussex face their mid-Summer malaise - this time under a new Captain and Coach - which poses the question. Does the problem lye deeper beyond the players? The energy must change - the form must return... surely - the sooner the better. Tonight is a must win but can the players, rather like England FC, deal with this pressure? We will know by 10.15pm tonight. www.espncricinfo.com/england/content/story/927309.html

Sadly, Danny Briggs reflects the problems that Sussex presently face. Is it a team going through its third transition in as many years or as a rapper might grunt, "Is this fission on a mission, need permission, where's the ambition?" There is a classic quote from Luke Wright in a Cricinfo article by David Hopps, "Danny is a fantastic signing and one I am really excited about. If that's the case, then Robinson was probably gambling, hoping he could resurrect Briggs' career.

I would play Garton for Jordan, Beer for Briggs and Finch for Salt.

I would play Garton for Jordan, Beer for Briggs and Finch for Salt. Garton for Jordan is likely to cost a few runs, but the other two changes might not make much difference, although I appreciate 10 runs can make a big difference in these games. The two most likely ways to win - our skipper gets 80+ or our skipper and Taylor each score 50+. Otherwise, yet another team that can find some 15s, 20s and 30s from the middle order batsmen will win.

Apart from his first over at Arundel, which was the last in the power play, Garton bowled a better line and length than Jordan and went for fewer runs!

Chris Adams is doing the BBC Radio Comms tonight and SKY Dave Fulton is here claiming he's sitting on a big cricket news story. Umm... Luke wins the toss but elects to bowl. Beer in for Jordan.

Why did we bowl first? We can't chase! After the rubbish from the batsmen yesterday I see the bowlers have decided to bowl a load of tripe today. Why can't we produce with both bat and ball in the same game? What a load of rubbish from Mills!

So tell me in what world is Briggs a better one day spinner than Beer?

Oh I just realised that Fuller is playing for them. Place your bets now on which over will be the one he sends down for 25+ runs

Middlesex 71-2 off 5.4 overs and 146 all out off 17.4 overs.

Great fight back from Sussex. Surely the batsmen can muster 147?
Taylor looked hurt after his great effort almost catching that six on the boundary rope. Hope he's ok. Attendance looks a little down on previous home T20s.
