Can't believe Liddle is playing. He is on a one-day contract and Robinson has to play to justify giving him a two year contract when all the evidence suggested otherwise. The same could be said about Zaidi. I bet David Lloyd is still having a laugh about that one! |

There is no justification for recalling Chris Liddle His bowling for the seconds has been as wayward as for the firsts Not the best selection in my opinion

I don't disagree with you but there aren't a lot of alternatives. When Wright returns I would expect him to replace Liddle.

Poor over from Beer. But seven overs in a row is a lot. Are the batsmen getting too used to the same bowling? I think we need to be smarter and chop and change the bowing a bit more to keep the batsmen guessing.
