Finally, Joe is absolutely correct. Sussex lost 4 points due to a slow overrate. Not
even Flower discusses this, while Farbrace carries out the expected tactful wash
of the game, although admitting Yorkshire would have won bar the rain.

Hope was out. Umpires messed up; simple as that. He was out at the batting end. You do not need to give any warning to the active batter. Hope should have walked.
