One of the biggest differences between the Sussex red ball side this season (and to be fair last) compared to those baron seasons that went before is you no longer question how we are going to take ten wickets.
The availability of Robinson has no doubt helped, combined with some very astute overseas signings and the development and improvement in Carson, Crocombe, Coles and to a slightly lesser degree Hunt.
Six down, two bonus points. Slow down guys, I am hoping to drive up for day two and possibly three.

Perhaps not Shakib Ul Hasan, but given Hughes return to Australia if everything hinged on our last match, would we have brought someone in for the last game? All academic I know, but it would have been a reasonable question. |

All academic I know, but it would have been a reasonable question. I checked when NSW's season starts and the 50 over stuff starts on the 22nd. There must have always been a risk of a crossover so it has to be a lesson for next year that we may need to cover for the last 2 games. Great start out here though, bowling bonus points was a must from the 2 games. |
