Credit to him, he's performed well. He should of course, he's a former international and the finished article. I championed his signing when he was legit, but he's been better since. Good on him. Rather than wasting our money on Claydon we really should be trying to bring H-P home so he can step in to Wiese's shoes when Wiese is done. They're hard to come by, and we let one leave without even giving him a chance. Our own blood. Shame on you Davis.

And so say all of us. An excellent Sussex signing by Mark Davis. One of the best in many years. Looking at the all rounder averages I spoke too soon. One of the best in many years? Maybe all our standards have dropped. Batt Av & Bowl Av in CC Wiese 25 & 35 Stevens 34 & 17 H-P 35 & 23 Clarke 31 & 24 Leach 26 & 26

Willey 28 & 28 Gregory 29 & 15 Coles 24 & 29 Harris 31 & 37 Barker 25 & 29 Higgins 63 & 23 Raine 22 & 22 Reece 30 & 20
Yeah Wiese ain't done so well. And he's one of what, three on the list with international experience. Derby have got two the greedy gits.
