Can someone explain to me why the rookie Garton bowled the final over rather than the highly experienced Jordan? I am sure there must be a logical explanation. And why didn't Magoffin bowl his final two overs?
Those last 5 overs cost us 66 runs. Yet, more excellent bowling from Jordan coming away with a superb 43-1 off 10 overs whereas Garton achieved 65-1 off 8.
Glamorgan: 302-6. A gettable score but let's hope our batsmen grab the early powerplay with both gloves this time. We need a major score from one of them for any chance of a win.

Shahzads last over went for 22 and Jordans penultimate went for 17! Garton had two catches dropped off his bowling, perhaps he was the lesser of two evils? Not a good day at the office in the field, let's hope our batsmen can fire.

Glamorgan won the toss and will bat. Finch in for Machan, Magoffin in for Beer - not at the request of fraudster but specifically engineered to wind him up to dangerous pressures. Yeah I'm pretty narked. I'm more annoyed with myself for presuming the bemusing and baffling decisions around selection and balance had followed Robinson to ladies cricket. Seems he took half a dozen brain cells and left the other 50% with Davis and Wright - cheers, ya numpty-head. Leave out your best spinner for an ordinary one you've promised cricket and weaken your already colossal tail further in the process. I just don't get it. But not getting it stacks up. Here's another thing I don't get, as all you numb-nuts agree that Mags strengthens the bowling, why have none of you ever suggested he should be in the RLC side before? And worse than that, if you are right, and Sussex are right, why the hell hasn't he been playing one-day cricket over the last four years? It is staggeringly bewildering to think we've been ignoring such a player if he is as good as you lot and now the club seem to think he is. I don't think we don't care for this comp, otherwise we'd play a load of youth wouldn't we - or is that too thoughtful? I just think we haven't got a clue and once again we are being poorly run.

They had a pathetically stoopid brown-nose saying to deflect criticism of these kind of inexplicable decisions (as they did for most occasions) . It went like this: 'in Robbo we trust'... Can we say the same about Cool-Hand Luke? Not sure. But I trust him more than most of 'em...
