This is at Headingley. Plenty of rain in the forecast so we need a lively wicket to make it an interesting game.

"It's a brilliant opportunity to play one of the top sides in our division and their experienced team.
"We are really looking forward to the game and whilst I am sure they feel they missed a chance to win at Hove earlier in the season, we were very much on top after two days.
"It is the last games we will have Nathan McAndrew and Henry Shipley and we are looking forward to them both putting in big performances to finish off their excellent time with us."
It will be interesting to see who we sign as McAndrews replacement.

Squad for this one: Alsop(c), Carson, Carter (wk), Clark, Coles, Crocombe, Haines, Hudson-Prentice, Ibrahim, Karvelas, McAndrew, Shipley, Tear
Could Tear replace Ibrahim, in which case would he take the keeper duties too?

It will be interesting to see who we sign as McAndrews replacement. That’s if we do sign anyone else. We may save the money, especially as Steve Finn is nearly ready to play again. I realise that news won’t cause champagne corks to start popping on this forum.

Can't see Tear replacing Ibrahim. Farbrace spoke highly of Ibrahim's partnership with Coles. I do think FHP should bat higher than Ibrahim though. Tear will get opportunities during the white ball 50 over comp.

Unchanged starting XI. A draw at Yorkshire would be a very good result.

Can someone help me out with the rules on Robinson? Not allowed to play as mid test series?

Can someone help me out with the rules on Robinson? Not allowed to play as mid test series? Would have been allowed but zero chance England are putting him at risk with his fragilities

Not a great start and that is being generous.
No Shipley, presumably injured?
Win the toss and bat in what appears bowler friendly conditions.
Clark nicks one trying to play through the leg side, Haines waves his bat at one well outside the off stump and Coles plays all around a straight one.
A lot now resting on our skipper, Carter and the middle order.

I know its seaming around but 8 runs in 56 balls between Carter and Ibrahim is just allowing yourself to be bowled at. We have to counter attack.
