Good morning for us but let them off slightly after lunch as Tom took himself and Clark off. Both back on now. Good toss to lose as ideal cloudy bowling conditions but starting to brighten up. Get them out for less than 200 and we have done well.

ECB not allowing Robinson to play confirms they are truly not fit for purpose.
A series of nonsense decisions to not allow players to play for their counties.
Poisoned chalice being selected for England, they'll make sure the player is unfit !

It suggests it has nothing to do with the ECB but something is awry. The only reason for this theory is because its suits the narrative some like to portray. |

Don't turn it sour Gordy. It's about as clear to all that Sussex have done well today despite the position these players have been put in by those two as it is that you are somehow connected to them. Rob & Keith indeed. I think they should go and present a kid's TV channel. To them from me.
Anywho, despite their hindrance, that's more like it. Didn't look like a green top from my laptop - that almost rhymed and everybody knows it almost did.
If the ECB did make the Robinson call it isn't clear from the squad announcement. If I were writing that thing it'd be the first thing I'd state. Followed by something either offensive or hilarious, depending on your foibles.
If I was groundsman Phil every home pitch so far would have looked like a strip at Anfield. Given the side right now. Or it'd be fast and bouncy, like the wife.

Surprised to see Mason Crane coming in that high up the order - i appreciate them turning out for Sussex, but let's make sure we are giving the Sussex players the opportunities

A good morning for Sussex. No batting collapses. Crane was the night watchman, so just Orr to fall of
the leading batsmen.
To state the obvious, Pujura needs to get another 100 alongside a lengthy stand with either Alsop or Clark.
We need to score at least 350, first innings, to make this a competitive match and take it to the wire. Good
to see Sussex competing.
