In the squad but not picked for the most recent Sixer ‘s game. So our overseas player has been dropped from his state team and his big bash team…. Cool cool

Back in the side and the 6ers return to winning ways, a very good 41 in a partnership of 99 with James Vince.

Made 74 not out today.
Currently 23 in the runs list despite only playing 5 times in which hes scored 178 at an average of 44.50 with strike rate of 132
Certainly in the T20 format of the game he looks a high quality signing. With him and McAndrew weve 2 players with huge Bag Bash experience so maybe weve got the T20 part right this year when it comes to Overseas players.
At a guess
Ward Carter Hughes Alsop Coles Simpson Lamb McAndrew Carson Currie Mills
Tight one with FHP and Lamb also Carson and Lenham.

Trying to convince myself otherwise but I’m not persuaded that the potential line-up as you’ve listed it comes remotely close to the T20 teams we’ve fielded in most of the past decade.

If we finish anywhere above bottom of the group with this side then Millsy and Farby will have done well. That’s a shocking T20 line up

It's actually packed with quality, I reckon I'll back it up with stats tomorrow

Is it? 5 of them are totally unproven at T20.

Ward - Ave 21 SR 133 Carter - 14 135 Hughes - 28 121 Alsop - 25 122 Coles - 17 128 Simpson - 22 129 Lamb - 13 105 - Bowling Ave 29 Econ 8.8 McAndrew - 12 148 - 31 8.9 Carson- Not played Currie - Just bowling - 12 5.9 Mills - 23 8.10
Average score would be about 160 but theres 2 players in there in Carter and Coles whose average youd only see improving and i think it make the bowling about the same.
It really isnt an awful T20 side it just doesnt have sexy names! These vastly expensive names we so desperately miss have yielded a massive 1 T20 cup and 1 runners up medal.
Only in that has 1 player not played 10 or more T20 games.
