I feel sorry for Travis Head. It must be an awful position to find yourself in. I’m sure he’s trying his hardest, but it’s not working for him yet. He should probably accept any invitation to play in the 2nd XI. Will Salisbury go down that route? |

It certainly wasn’t the younger players who let the side down in this match. I was talking to someone who knows Garton at the ground yesterday, he said Garton was unwell rather than injured. Apparently went off the field to throw up a couple of times but still managed to take 4 wickets, good effort from him. So there you go then LS, once again, not so appalling after all. |

I said "unless he is injured" it's appalling. I said that because I'm smart, unlike somebody who notices it and chooses to ignore it. Was Crocombe sick too? We still gifted them an easy, albeit dragged out victory through Rawlins bowling so much. We started the day with him, absurd.
This team is pathetic I'm afraid. Just accepting of mediocrity. Not setting a good example to the young players, who are the only ray of light. Big changes needed, certainly in attitude.
